Job Description
- Production of finished goods as per quality specfications prescribed in MEX manual and adherence to pre-approved instructions as per work flow, steps of process, parameters and SOP's.
Observing control points and equipment, monitoring personnel and resources, studying methods, developing reporting procedures and systems, facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points.
Provides manufacturing information by Maintaining log book with batch making, use of material, machine and manpower, in process testing results, calculation of yield and record of hold and release with deviation report.
Answering questions and responding to requests on manufacturing data.
CP monitoring and record keeping, recording of calibration of machinery and instruments
Participate to find root cause and its closer with its corrective action and preventive action. Educating to subordinate team with case study example deviation.
Following the Quality systems that has been laid out as per the Quality plan & HACCP to meet all accreditation requirements of organization, Clients and regulatory.
Co-ordination with Production Manager and Quality team to ensure 100% adherence to critical food safety parameters.
On job training to new contractual and permanent workers related to documentation, GMP, GHP, and Process flow of Production, CP, food safety and risk analysis and providing feedback of training to Production Manager.
CIP of machinery as per schedule and also responsible for general maintence of production line and assisting to maintenance team in preventive maintenance, during shut down and break down.
Close mentoring of acts of workers and insuring discipline at shop floor.
