Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential retail sales opportunities and market trends
  • Analyse competitor strategies and market dynamics to develop a competitive edge
  • Identify and target potential retail partners, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of qualified leads.
  • Create and execute sales strategies to acquire new retail clients and grow existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor product offerings and solutions to meet the needs of retail clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with retail partners.
  • Act as the main point of contact and advocate for retail clients within the organisation.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements, contracts, and partnerships with retail clients.
  • Ensure all agreements align with company goals and compliance standards.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs.
  • Provide regular updates to management on the status of business development activities.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing expectations effectively.
  • Travel to meet with retail clients and attend industry events or conferences as required
