Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Sales professional for our FMCG division at Reliance Retail. This is a full-time, mid-level position located in Narsinghgarh, Neemuch. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in sales strategy, B2B sales, and general trade, and will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors.
Qualifications and Skills
- Sales Strategy (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- B2B Sales (Mandatory skill): Strong experience in business-to-business sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- General Trade (Mandatory skill): Extensive knowledge of general trade practices and market dynamics.
- Relationship Building: Exceptional ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and vendors.
- Negotiation Skills: Competent in negotiating deals that benefit both the company and the clients.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective client interactions.
- Vendor Management: Experience in managing vendor relationships to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Wholesale: Knowledge of wholesale market operations and experience in executing wholesale sales strategies.
