Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team at ResilienceSoft in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of experience in Flutter development and must be willing to relocate to Bilaspur. This position offers a competitive salary for freshers, ranging from 96,000 to 1.56 LPA, and requires a commitment bond of 1 to 1.6 years.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Flutter development.
• Strong understanding of the Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Knowledge of modern mobile architectures such as MVP, MVVM.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Flutter applications to back-end services.
• Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other mobile development frameworks.
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

Additional Information:

This position requires relocation to Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.

Selected candidates will need to sign a commitment bond for 1 to 1.6 years.
