Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring project deadlines are met with quality.
- Mentor and guide freshers, helping them enhance their technical and professional skills.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest Flutter advancements and incorporate them into development processes.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of live project experience with a company (internships and freelance work will not be considered).
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing or mentoring a development team.
- Proficiency in Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, version control systems like Git, and mobile app architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, with strong self-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in deploying apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Knowledge of state management tools like Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
