Role Overview
We are in search of a skilled Flutter Developer to champion our mobile application efforts. The ideal candidate will manage the entire application lifecycle, from concept to maintenance, and demonstrate excellence in both individual tasks and leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Development: Support the entire application lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality mobile applications with clean code.

- Continuous Learning: Research and adopt new mobile products, applications, and protocols. Remain updated with the latest technology trends.
- Problem Solving: Efficiently troubleshoot issues, debug code, and optimize performance.
- Project Leadership: Oversee mobile app development projects from initiation to completion, guaranteeing adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality parameters.
- Team Management: Assemble, mentor, and guide a proficient Flutter mobile app development team, promoting collaboration and innovation.
- Communication: Maintain clear communication channels with remote teams, ensuring efficient collaboration across geographies.
- In-depth understanding of iOS or Android. Expertise in both platforms is preferred.
