We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in retail management and a proven track record of success in meeting sales targets and managing staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the store, including staff, inventory, and customer service
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and increase revenue
• Train and manage staff to ensure excellent customer service
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is maintained at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Analyze sales data and implement changes to improve performance
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Provide regular reports to senior management on store performance

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in retail management
• Proven Experience in Jewelry Store
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to analyze sales data and implement changes to improve performance
• Experience with inventory management
• Knowledge of retail best practices and trends
