Regular interactions with the customer to assess their needs and fulfil their requirements.
Handling the guest complaints and resolving them professionally in an efficient and prompt manner.
To ensure the entire store is maintained in such a way so that it gives clean, safe and hygiene environment for the users at every aspect of operations management in terms of high standard and quality.
Making & Review of daily, weekly & monthly report, operational expense & other financial reports. Monitor the sales performance, operational expenses against the budget and takes initiatives to achieve the budget and enhance the LFL growth.
Manage internal control and inventories for all the supplies and equipment. To maintain and operate the store following all the operations formats as per the Audit compliance.
Coordinate with various agencies for the proper maintenance and upkeep of all equipment, furniture and fixtures of the outlet. Work closely with technicians to get the offline machines back in order and to maintain the offline percentage.
Analyse the outlet's market area, competitors and to develop marketing strategies/promotions/events/LSM/BTL events in conjunction with the City Manager and the Marketing Team.
Work closely with all cross functional teams for execution.
