Roles and Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations including product content, Listing hygiene, inventory availability, pricing, promotional activities and account health.
* Setup and manage campaigns, ad groups, targeting, bid optimization, and budgets for all assigned accounts based on brand understanding strategy.
* Understand business requirements, perform and generate reports for PPC, daily account management of PPC accounts on Flipkart.
* Performing keyword research, competitor research, and market research for each assigned account
* Proactively make strategic PPC campaign recommendations.
* Support the generation of new PPC campaigns, ad, ad groups and accounts and in the aid of creating new paid search advertising initiatives
* Generate daily, weekly and monthly client reporting for all KPIs
* Ability to deliver the highest level of customer service to our clients. See to it that the reports are sent to clients on time and according to the format that is set
* Manage Communication with the clients weekly as well as account wise, Keeping a track of all the ad campaigns & deliverables list etc.
* Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Analyze data to determine ways to optimize performance to improve conversion rates, ACoS and other key metrics.
Skills Required
* Proven work experience as an Flipkart Marketing Specialist
* Knowledge of Flipkart Seller Central, Vendor Central and AMS.
* Proficient in tools like Keyword planner, Brand Analytics, Amazon, Flipkart Pi and Helium 10
* Excellent communication and client management skills
* Added advantage of having hands on experience on Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho and other marketplaces.
* Experienced in the analysis of amazon business reports, search term reports, etc.
* Strong MS Excel Skills and Report Generation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
