Description
We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Flight Attendant with 0-1 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers during flights. The role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team environment. This position is based in India and involves working irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Greet passengers as they board the aircraft and direct them to their seats
- Ensure passengers are aware of safety procedures and emergency exits
- Assist passengers with carry-on luggage and stow it in overhead compartments
- Provide passengers with blankets, pillows, and other amenities as needed
- Serve meals and beverages to passengers according to their preferences
- Handle any passenger complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain the cleanliness of the aircraft cabin and lavatories
- Ensure all safety equipment is in working order and report any issues to the captain
- Conduct pre-flight inspections of the cabin and perform safety checks
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary Education) required
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- No visible tattoos or piercings
- Basic computer skills
- Prior customer service experience preferred
