Fleet Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Manager located in Kochi. The Fleet Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and management of the fleet. This includes monitoring vehicle maintenance, coordinating with drivers, optimizing routes, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, and implementing fleet strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• DOT Regulations and Fleet Operations skills
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering/B.Tech/B.E
• Analytical Skills
• Operations Management and Fleet Management skills
• Experience in managing and supervising a fleet
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in fleet management software
