Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Fiverr service listings, ensuring they are optimized for search and attract potential clients
- Collaborate with our team to identify and package our services effectively for the Fiverr marketplace
- Engage with clients on Fiverr, answering inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings on Fiverr to identify new opportunities
- Monitor performance metrics of listings and campaigns, making recommendations for improvements
- Implement strategies to increase visibility and sales on the Fiverr platform
- Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of services
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Fiverr seller or agency expert
- Strong understanding of the Fiverr platform, including its algorithms and best practices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
