Manage and supervise all finishing works, including interior fitouts, ceilings, flooring, and other related activities within airport construction projects
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications
Coordinate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to achieve the desired finishing outcomes
Oversee the installation of specialized airport equipment and fixtures
Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective measures as necessary
Collaborate with the project team to develop and maintain project schedules
Provide technical expertise and guidance on finishing techniques and materials
Manage the procurement of finishing materials and equipment
Participate in project meetings and contribute to decision-making processes
Ensure a safe working environment and promote adherence to health and safety protocols
Contribute to the continuous improvement of finishing processes and procedures
Qualifications
Education Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Experience
5 to 7 years of experience in the airports industry
