Project Staffing
- Involve in Project Management Office (PMO) activities in area of Resource Management
- Onboarding and offboarding activities
- Time booking & actuals tracking
- Collecting and process resource requests from Project and Program Managers
SAP Ops Support
Monitor and track AC SAP Ops initiatives. Follow-up / escalate as needed to effectively meet the
initiative objectives
- Engage in Quality framework set for effective project delivery
- Contribute to PMO process standardization, drive adoption and adherence
- Contribute to AC SAP PMO training framework
- Support in training new joiners in AC SAP PMO team
- Contribute to AC SAP PMO capability in Modernization and maturity aspects

- SAP application: Awareness

Position Requirements
Project Delivery
- Actively orchestrate and manage project plan for Project Execution and Governance
- Support PMO Lead / Delivery Manager inwork plan gfrom start to finish.
- Support to bring in efficiencies and standardization
- Maintaining project documentation as per PMO processes
- Proactive interaction with the onsite/offshore team/client
- Adopt and efficiently use tools/software (Jira/mpp) as perproject requirements
- Implement and execute project in Agile / firm prescribed methodology
- Proactive support in RAID management
Project Tracking And Reporting
- Coordinate status updates in daily/weekly conference calls.
- Preparing various PMO-related reports as per project requirements
- Proactive stakeholder management.
- Performing PMO-related data and information analysis to find inconsistencies and gaps
Documentation
Maintaining data/information repositories used as a single source of truth (in the application or file
based).
Professional and Educational Background
- Academic: Bachelor's Degree/ BTech, MCA / MBA / Equivalent
- Work experience: 4 9years in PMO / Project management (SAP must for min 3 years)
- Prior experience with involvement in large scale implementation projects (Global projects preferred)
