Skills Needed for the job:

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience with construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) a plus.
- Knowledge of fire safety regulations for interior fit-out projects (a plus).

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in construction site supervision or a related role, focusing on interior fit-out projects.
Job Description
- Collaborating with architects, designers, and contractors to develop and implement efficient, cost-effective fit-out plans.
- Reviewing and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications for finishing and services (e.g., partitions, ceilings, flooring, lighting, plumbing).
- Assessing material quantities from drawings.
- Conducting site inspections to verify the quality of materials, workmanship, and adherence to specifications.
- Identifying and resolving any discrepancies or defects in fit-out works.
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to contractors on fit-out materials, installation methods, and quality control procedures.
- Coordinating the installation of fit-out elements to ensure proper sequencing and minimize disruptions.
- Overseeing the commissioning and testing of fit-out systems (e.g., electrical, HVAC).
- Prepare and maintain fit-out project documentation, including reports and drawings.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
