As a Transformation Associate in our FRRA team, you will spend each day defining, refining, and delivering transformative solutions for our department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leverage business acumen to develop a strategic roadmap for transformation projects, focusing on innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proactively identify opportunities for automation and implement cutting-edge solutions to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and execute both tactical and strategic solutions using advanced intelligent automation tools such as Alteryx, SQL, SharePoint, Python, UiPath, and Tableau.
- Manage the end-to-end process of requirements gathering, development, testing, and maintenance of automated solutions.
- Provide support for various ad-hoc activities, applying innovative thinking to solve complex problems.
- Continuously optimize reports, processes, and documentation using innovative techniques and tools.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in information technology or automating operational processes, with a strong focus on innovation and transformation.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Alteryx, Python, Uipath, and SQL.
- Proven track record of driving innovation in large, complex, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience in a financial services organization is a plus.
- Uipath, Tableau and SQL are good to have.
- Proficiency in using JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint for project management and collaboration.
- Experience in RPA transformation projects is a plus
- Should be flexible to work in EMEA shifts
