Build technical and functional capability of the Market Organization (MO) Engineering and Sales teams in focus area(s) such as Firestop Markets or DX and Measuring, to attain sustainable, profitable growth in these focus area(s)
Develop, coordinate and implement market strategies within specific coverage areas as defined by the Company Strategy
Identify, develop and build development plans to penetrate at all levels, the Hilti Accredited Firestop Specialty Contractor (HAFSC)
Manage and lead sales and engineering key stakeholders to target identified key projects and drive sales for these projects
What you need is:
Degree in relevant Technical Field (e.g. Structural/Civil engineering, or similar) Commercial profile with relevant experience in Engineering and Sales with proven commercial acumen
Good knowledge of Hilti relevant applications with experience in construction, either in design offices or at construction sites
Strong communication and interpersonal skills working in a fast-paced commercial environment involving multiple key stakeholders
