Job Description:

Acquire new customers through leads, natural markets, references, and orphan bases.

Conduct need analysis and explain products to prospects.

Use the Need-Based Selling Model for upselling and cross-selling to the orphan base.

Ensure timely policy issuance by resolving any pending issues.

Provide prompt post-sales service and maintain customer engagement.

Achieve desired persistency ratio and collaborate with the supervisor on business targets.

Conduct joint sales calls with the supervisor as needed.

Develop short- and long-term plans to meet sales goals.

Follow activity management framework and pursue leads from the Lead Management System.

Package offered is 2.50 to 4.50 Lakhs depending on the current CTC.
