We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Revenue Assurance with 4-6 years of expertise in the Order-to-Cash process, Revenue Assurance, Account Reconciliation, and MIS reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order-to-Cash Process: Manage and oversee the complete order-to-cash process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in revenue recognition.
- Journal Entries: Prepare and post journal entries related to revenue, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile revenue accounts to guarantee accuracy in financial statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Revenue MIS: Prepare and present comprehensive Revenue MIS reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Revenue Reporting: Prepare and analyze revenue-related reports during the Month-end close process to provide critical insights.
- Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing detailed revenue-related documentation and analysis.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and billing teams to ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition. Maintain and manage the Sales and Agreement tracker, ensuring up-to-date records for all revenuerelated activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement in revenue assurance, order-to-cash, and reporting functions.
Requirements:
- 4-6+ years of experience in Revenue Assurance and Order-to-Cash processes.
- Experience in generating and analyzing MIS reports related to revenue.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and billing teams.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP/financial systems.
- Keen attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
