Job Description
As an Outbound Sales Executive for Loan Services, you will be an integral part of our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to our existing Tally customers and introduce them to our new loan services. Your goal will be to understand their needs, pitch relevant products, and guide them through the loan application process, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Customer Outreach: Pro-actively call existing Tally customers to pitch new loan services.
- Product Pitch: Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant loan products.
- Query Handling: Address customer queries and objections tactfully.
- CRM Management: Use the CRM tool provided to diligently record interactions.
- Lead Generation: Be responsible for generating leads and achieving planned numbers.
- Application Assistance: Guide customers through the loan application process.
- Coordination: Coordinate with field resources where necessary.
Skills and Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Good command of Regional Language, English, and Hindi.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or in a similar role in the Outbound Sales Department, preferably in loans.
- Calling Skills: Ability to make 50 to 100 effective outbound calls per day.
- CRM Familiarity: Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Resilience: Strong go-getter attitude with the ability to stay motivated despite rejections.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Tally Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Tally (preferable but not mandatory).
- Career Motivation: Strong conviction to build a career in sales.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide quick solutions.
- Education: Commerce graduation is preferred.
