Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collect, inspect , and interpret financial data. Each day, you will update budgets and forecasting models and identify trends and problems. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and optimize business outcomes.The work model for the role is: Onsite, - HybridThis role is contributing to the AB B Services - Financial Planning and Analysis in Bangalore.You will be mainly accountable for:Inspection of business performance versus plan and proposing improvement actions.Performing benchmarking of key performance indicators with industry contestant and similar businesses within ABB.Working with management team to understand and examine drivers of financial performance and identifying market trends.Preparing financial modeling for various hypotheses and inspecting impact to the organization and validating the accuracy of financial data and business information and reporting through reconciliation and review of exceptions.
- Assessment of business performance versus budget and forecast andproposes improvement actions.
- Knowledge of Accounting, allocation, and reporting of functional costs.
- Planning and preparation of Budgets and 5Q Rolling Forecast
- Works with the management team to know and examine the drivers offinancial performance and identify trends.
- Prepares financial modelling for various what if scenarios and the overall impactto organization. Financial Reporting. Preparation of relevant organization financial reporting, business planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Validates accuracy of financial data and business information and reports byperforming reconciliations and review of exceptions.Information and communication
- Provides information to management by assembling and summarizing datapreparing reports, making presentations of findings and recommendations.
- Optimizes own performance to increase productivity by developing automatedsolutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements.Internal control and documentation
Qualifications For The Role
- Possess an enhanced knowledge SAP Module
- Good Experience in MS Office
- Bachelors or masters degree in a Finance or Accounting, CMA/CA/ MBA
- Finance preferred
- 3+ or more year experience in Financial Planning and Analysis preferred.
- Excellent communication skills
