Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide reliable and timely analysis of financial results, budget, and forecasts. Each day, you will support the ABB group management and other stakeholders at various organization levels in decision making processes. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting in the evaluation of the impact of strategic, financial, or other major investment decisions.

This role is contributing to the Accounting and Finance in Bangalore.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Performing the analysis of the groups financial results in your area of responsibility and coordinating the preparation of various management reports, including management performance reports, commentaries on financial statements, etc., on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Accounting, allocation, and reporting of functional costs
- Planning and preparation of Budgets and 5Q Rolling Forecast
- Working with the reporting units and countries to followup on the inconsistencies noted on management reporting information.
- Contributing to the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) initiatives for the group.
- Leading process improvement and cost saving initiatives to protect and increase the groups profitability.
Qualifications For The Role
- You are immersed and engaged in preparation of budget and reporting in Accounting and Finance market
- Ability to demonstrate your experience 5+ years (2+ yrs for CA qualified)
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of / You are qualified in / Highly adept in insert specialized software/platforms
- You are passionate about Financial planning and analytical skills
- Degree in CMA/ MBA Finance/ ICWA
