This position reports to
Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collect and interpret financial data. Each day, you will update budgets and forecasting models and identify trends and problems. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and optimize business outcomes.
The work model for the role is: -onsite, - Hybrid
This role is contributing to the ABB Services - Financial Planning and Analysis in Bangalore.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Performing inspection of business performance versus Plan and forecast.
- Performing month end closing activities and MIS reports for the respective business / functions.
- Working with the other financial professionals in Divisions / Hubs / Countries / functions to know and examine
the drivers of financial performance.
- Inspection of overhead under / over absorption indicating root cause.
- Performing cost / benefit study and inspection of inventories, NWC
- Preparing ad-hoc reports as per business / function's request.
- Assisting preparation of relevant organization financial reporting, business planning & forecasting and contributing audits.
Qualifications For The Role
- You are immersed in Financial planning and Analysis and Finance Controlling.
- Experience 2-4 Years
- Education CMA/ ICWA/ MBA - Finance
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Hands on experience in SAP FICO modules preferred.
- Experience with MS Office
