Crystal Solutions is a leading International Recruitment Service Provider. We are Hiring for Financial Operations Consultant in Thane.

Position Financial Operations Consultant

Location Thane

Experience 6-8 years of experience in financial operations

Responsibilities:

  1. Billing: Generate invoices accurately and in a timely manner based on contractual agreements and project milestones.
  2. Collections: Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding invoices, and coordinate with clients to ensure timely payments.
  3. Expense Management: Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines.
  4. Time Booking: Oversee the time tracking system, ensuring accurate recording of billable hours and expenses.
  5. Forecasting: Assist in preparing financial forecasts and budgets for projects and operations, providing insights to support decision-making.
  6. Bad Debts Management: Identify and manage potential bad debt risks, implementing strategies to minimize losses.
  7. Income Management: Record and reconcile income from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  8. Purchase Orders: Coordinate the creation, approval, and processing of purchase orders, tracking expenses against budgets.
  9. Support Delivery Team: Collaborate with project managers and team leads to provide financial insights and support operational decision-making.
  10. Reporting: Generate financial reports and analysis as required, providing visibility into key metrics and performance indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
  • Strong understanding of billing processes, collections strategies, and expense management procedures.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, with advanced skills in MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proactive attitude, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
