Position Financial Operations Consultant

Experience 6-8 years of experience in financial operations
Responsibilities:
- Billing: Generate invoices accurately and in a timely manner based on contractual agreements and project milestones.
- Collections: Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding invoices, and coordinate with clients to ensure timely payments.
- Expense Management: Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines.
- Time Booking: Oversee the time tracking system, ensuring accurate recording of billable hours and expenses.
- Forecasting: Assist in preparing financial forecasts and budgets for projects and operations, providing insights to support decision-making.
- Bad Debts Management: Identify and manage potential bad debt risks, implementing strategies to minimize losses.
- Income Management: Record and reconcile income from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Purchase Orders: Coordinate the creation, approval, and processing of purchase orders, tracking expenses against budgets.
- Support Delivery Team: Collaborate with project managers and team leads to provide financial insights and support operational decision-making.
- Reporting: Generate financial reports and analysis as required, providing visibility into key metrics and performance indicators.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
- Strong understanding of billing processes, collections strategies, and expense management procedures.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, with advanced skills in MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Proactive attitude, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
