Role Description

This full-time, on-siteposition as a Financial Operations Analyst is based in Jamshedpur. The role involves overseeing daily financial operations, reporting, and applying analytical skills to support financial processes.

Qualifications

• B.COM/BBM/BBA Graduate
• Proficient in English language
• Excellent communication skills to work with internal teams and external clients
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Beginner to Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
• Experience in data analysis and reporting skills are a plus

Roles & Responsibilities

• Issue and distribute to clients and suppliers
• Maintain and review the company's account status
• Process new contracts and sales into invoices.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accuracy of the billing process.
• Address customer questions and answers
• Keep track of all transactions and accounts receivables daily.
• Assist the customer with account reconciliations.
• Prepare and prepare analytics reports.
• Support monthly as well as quarterly clean-ups and audits.
• Resolve any mistakes or issues.
• Adhere to accounting policies and principles according to the company terms.
• Be an active member of decisions related to budgeting.
