Job Title : Accounts Manager
We are looking for an Financial Manager. The Financial Manager is responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and managing the accounting team. This role involves financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and ensuring the integrity of financial information.
Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations for business performance improvements.
Budgeting and Forecasting.- Internal Controls and Auditing.
Communicate financial information clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain accounting software and financial systems.
Implement improvements to financial processes and systems for efficiency.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA/CMA certification is preferred.- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, (with at least 2 years )
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
