nWe are seeking a qualified and Mid-Level Financial, Data Modeling & Research Analyst who has a basic understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards and financial principles and terms and is ready for an immersive, real-world experience to join our dynamic team.

nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

nResponsibilities as a Mid-Level Financial, Data Modeling & Research Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data used in our cloud-based technology solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective data modeling strategies, focusing on mobile and web-based applications.

nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilize bookkeeping software (QuickBooks) to maintain precise financial records.
n
• Identify financial trends and ensure data accuracy.
n
• Aid in the drafting of financial statements, budget preparation, and final audits.
n
• Maintain effective communication with senior team members to keep them informed of significant developments and engagement progress.
n
• Create and analyze financial models to understand effects and trends, including pricing discounts and building cash flows for valuation and business financing for start-ups and incubated companies.
n
• Conduct research, track trends, and develop presentations on industries, products, startups, or businesses.
n
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to build advanced financial models and scenarios, including charts, formulas, queries, pivot tables, import/export, and data manipulation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

n
• 2-5 years of experience in a financial analyst/business analyst/data analyst role for at least one large company.
n
• Capability to use QuickBooks, financial analysis, and bookkeeping.
n
• Superior working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including but not limited to: charts, formulas, queries, pivot tables, import/export, and data manipulation.
n
• Strong background in finance.
n
• Understanding of financial models and advanced financial scenarios.
n
• Degree in Finance or Accounting.
n
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
n
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on reporting.
n
• Effective time management, workload prioritization, and organizational skills.
n
• Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting software.
