Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary financial data for closure
activities.
Review financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance with regulatory
requirements.
Bank Reconciliation Reconcile bank statements with internal records to identify and resolve
discrepancies.
Investigate and rectify any discrepancies in a timely manner to maintain financial
integrity.
Monitor and analyse banking activities to ensure efficient cash management.
Internal Audit:
Plan and conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of financial controls.
Identify areas of potential risk or non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare audit reports summarising findings and recommendations for management
review.
International Trade Support: Assist in managing financial aspects of international trade transactions, including
documentation and compliance.
Monitor foreign exchange transactions and currency fluctuations to minimize risks.
Liaise with external parties, such as customs authorities and shipping companies, to
facilitate smooth trade operations.
Qualifications:
CA/CS/CMA dropout with a strong understanding of financial principles and
practices.
Experience of 3-5 years in finance-related roles, demonstrating competence and
expertise.
Article-ship dropout, indicating practical exposure to financial processes and
regulations.
