Associate is responsible for recordkeeping Participant and Employer information in line with the US Laws and Regulations.
Essential Qualifications: Bachelors degree in commerce preferable
Technical Qualifications: Proficient in MS-Office; Good Communication skills (written and verbal)
Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in Business Process Outsourcing industry; experience in accounting an advantage, not a mandate
Load the data as per SOP to system
Upload file and form as per the direction provided
Complete the task with the deadline
Check and report discrepancies
Reconciliation of bills Auditing
Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor/s
Preferred Skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Aptitude for numbers and calculations
Strong attention to detail logical ability
Ability to work under pressure of deadlines
Basics of accountancy an added advantage
Adaptable to process / product changes
Team player
Documentation and e-mail business writing
