Roles & Responsibilities
As a Financial Analyst Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting various aspects of financial analysis, reconciliation and reporting. Your role will include the below given job responsibilities but not limited to:
- Data Gathering and Analysis:
- Collecting, Analyzing and Organizing banking financial data from multiple bank accounts of the company.
- Assisting in the preparation and analysis of Reconciliation of bank accounts.
- Trend Analysis & EWS (Early Warning System):
- Identifying and analyzing trigger points in data to generate EWS (Early Warning System) for a possible default.
- Fetching and Analyzing Credit Bureau Reports or/and Bank Statements or/and GST data.
- Monitoring key credit portfolio performance indicators.
- Report Generation:
- Assisting in preparing regular financial reports for management.
- Contributing to the creation of presentations for stakeholders.
- Assisting in reconciling financial data as necessary.
- Technology and Tools:
- Familiarizing yourself with financial analysis tools and software.
- Learning to use spreadsheet software for financial modeling and analysis.
- Anchor/Partner Configuration
- Co-ordinating with Corporate Sales Team for Triggering anchor e-sign and configuration.
- Portfolio monitoring of signed up anchors.
- EWS (Early Warning System) for anchor portfolios.
- Partnership and Professional Development:
- Co-ordinating with NBFC Partners on reconciliation and day-to-day customer related changes impacting financials.
- Hands on experience/attitude for troubleshooting and escalation.
- Staying informed about industry trends, changes in accounting standards, and financial best practices.
- Pursuing relevant certifications or training to enhance skills in financial analysis.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, CA Finalist or any other related field (Pursuing).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software/tools.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the field of financial analysis.
