The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Financial Analyst to join our team in Bangalore.
How you'll contribute
- Learn how to build financial forecast and reporting models, dashboards
- Assist the Senior Analysts, Directors and Managers with accurate, timely preparation of robust financial information in various reporting segments such as Revenue, Compensation, Headcount reporting, Opex or Board reporting and consolidations etc., depending on the allocated area of responsibility.
- Prepare, present and maintain financial dashboards for the CXO and other executive leaderships.
- The selected candidate will get an opportunity to work closely with Accounting and FP&A teams to deliver best in class financial reporting and data analysis to facilitate decision making across various business lines.

- Good knowledge of fundamental accounting and financial reporting.
- Fundamentally strong analytical skills and can make a difference mindset.
- Possess strong communication skills, attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
- Passionate about learning technology, Bi Tools & application of the same to core finance deliverables.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, and other business tools such as Power BI and Alteryx.
- Someone who consistently demonstrates a positive and can-do attitude to make an impact.
- Bachelor's/master's degree in finance/accounting or pursuing CA, CMA with exposure to software industry or analytical tools.
