Recognized as a high impact member of the finance team across the company and in particular with functional leaders across the organization.
Develop operating and financial metric dashboards, analyzing results and trends and reporting results to leadership and key stakeholders.
Analyze variances between budgeted and actual financial results, investigate discrepancies, and provide explanations to management.
Drive organizational process improvements, including implementing best practices in reporting and close with emphasis on automation.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting, sales and operations, to gather data, validate assumptions, and drive efficiencies for monthly close.
Qualification:
3+ years of directly applicable experience in FPA.
Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related certification.
Proven record of advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
Strong experience building integrated, complex financial models.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Be attentive to details and possess the ability to deal with ambiguity.
Basic understanding of GAAP and key accounting principles.
Experience with financial systems including Excel, Power BI (Basic), NetSuite and Salesforce.
