Job Description Summary
The Capital Market Financial Analyst (CMFA) Pool Analyst is an entry-level analyst within the CMFA Pool providing on-time, high-quality analyses. Analysts will primarily perform analysis activities of creating Argus cash flow models, rent roll audit, data gathering, and data quality reviews.

About the role
Support the execution of financial analysis/modeling requests according to quality and timeliness standards
- Prepare pro forma statements, discounted cash flow analysis using Argus Enterprise, and Excel-based financial models (Multifamily and Hospitality) with consideration of market conditions (both current and historical)
- Conduct market research to analyze property and market conditions; synthesize findings in a clear, concise manner
- Review completed analyses for data accuracy; identify and communicate any missing information or mistakes
- Role includes performing a property valuation for the Fannie and Freddie agency.
- Experienced in originating, Sizing, affordability testing, and analyzing third-party reports (appraisal, environmental, and engineering), broker's package, and deal summary
- To liaise with US Brokers and Portfolio Manager in finalizing underwriting parameters.
- Multifamily property underwriting based on property level income statements, rent roll, occupancy statics, sales and occupancy cost information, and property information.
- Preparing narratives including property and market-level data for sizing and underwriting purposes.
About You
Bachelor's Degree (Business, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, etc.) preferred
- 2-5 years of financial analysis and modeling experience
- Experience with financial models preferred
- Passion for client delivery, with a strong emphasis on producing high-quality work, meeting deadlines, and exceeding requestor expectations
- English language proficiency (verbal and written) to communicate with US-based CMFA Pool team members is required
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Microsoft Excel
