We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Finance Analyst/ Executive. This role is an excellent opportunity for a finance graduate looking to advance his/her career and contribute to the financial success of our organization. The Finance Analyst/ Executive will work closely with the senior finance team, assisting in various financial activities and gaining valuable experience in financial management.
Responsibilities
Financial Analysis:
- Assist in the preparation of financial models, forecasts, and budget analysis.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and provide insights.
- Support in variance analysis and reporting.
Financial Reporting
- Contribute to the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.
- Assist in the production of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Budget Management
- Collaborate with team members to gather information for budget preparation.
- Monitor budget performance and prepare regular reports.
- Participate in budget review meetings.
Cash Flow Management
- Assist in monitoring and forecasting cash flow requirements.
- Contribute to the implementation of strategies to optimize cash management.
- Support in ensuring liquidity for day-to-day operations.
Compliance Support
- Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Contribute to internal and external audit preparations.
- Maintain an understanding of regulatory changes.
Financial Administration
- Provide support in the administration of financial processes.
- Assist in financial data entry, reconciliation, and documentation.
- Support in the maintenance of financial databases and systems.

Ideal Profile
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
