Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Aanalyst with exceptional Excel and analytical skills to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, and the ability to leverage advanced Excel functionalities to enhance financial analysis and reporting processes. This role involves managing financial records, conducting thorough analyses, and providing insights to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Account supplier credits and ensure all credits are received
- Utilize advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) to analyze financial data and generate meaningful insights.
- Track all supplier credits
- Contact suppliers for missing credits
- Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards
- Reconcile supplier credits data
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting policies.
- Support external and internal audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree. Advanced courses in excel and an accounting background would be preferred.
- Proven experience as an analyst, with a strong emphasis on financial analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional Excel skills, including proficiency in advanced functions and data manipulation techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
