Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Corporate FP&A team in:
- Meeting all reporting and analytical objectives
- Preparing monthly/quarterly reporting packages
- Preparing annual budget reporting packages
- Routinely trace variances vs base periods (budget / forecast / prior forecast / prior year) to the root cause
- Identify opportunities for, and participate in, continuous improvement initiatives
- Special projects/ad-hoc request as assigned
Must Have
- BA/BS in Finance / Accounting (or equivalent work experience)
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong communications and presentations skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented culture
- Ability to handle multiple assignments meeting strict deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
- Attention to detail, desire to learn and adapt is a must, process-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced skills in MS Excel - writing scripts for, executing, tracing/fixing errors in:
- Complex Formulas
Nice to Have
- Dashboarding application experience (MicroStrategies, PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)
- Consolidation application experience (Oracle SmartView, SAP BPC / GR, IBM TM1, etc.)
- Financial reporting process automation
