We are seeking professionals in Finance & Accounting to oversee monthly financial reporting, budgeting, and audits, ensuring compliance with GAAP and facilitating process automation.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Facilitate the creation of Monthly MIS reports with detailed analyses in a timely manner.
- Ensure timely closure of month-end activities and monthly book closure.
- Assist with the reporting and accounting of inventory and fixed assets.
- Understand USA Federal and State Tax regulations and liaise with tax consultants as necessary.
- Play a key role in handling the budgeting activity for the entity.
- Manage quarterly and year-end statutory audits.
- Utilise accounting software to record transactions and ensure compliance with applicable GAAP.
- Lead process automation initiatives in responsible areas.
- Provide support to the Financial Controller as needed.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as required.
Qualifications and Prerequisites:
- CA qualification with 1 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing company in an FP&A profile or statutory audit in a reputed CA firm.
- Experience with SAP is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
