Functional Role (Job Description)
The primary objective of this role is to support the FP&A Master Data Management. Widely covering responsibilities related to managing and maintain Chart of accounts, profit centres, various account mapping across various systems. Supporting other subsidiaries for their MDM queries.
Profile Summary
The Financial Analysis Sr. Analyst manages and handles the new and change requests for chart of accounts and profit centres in BPC, SAP GT, GERP and SAP CFIN. Handles similar queries of subsidiaries and monitoring and provides support for application errors. Responsible for mapping of accounts from one system to another.

Degree in Accounting ,
Finance, or relevant field
Master's Degree preferably in an analytical or business discipline (Accounting / Finance, Computer Science, etc.) - MBA Finance, M. Com
Work Experience
5-7 years of work experience, preferably in Financial Reporting, preferably in IT and/or ITeS company in a Global Environment. Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, SAP BPC, Power BI for data mining, analysis, and visualization.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Key Responsibilities
- Under supervision, assists with the following tasks: Implement, control, and monitoring of periodic compliance testing.
- Manage Chart of accounts for BPC, SAP GT, SAP CFIN: manage the review and approval of new account requests and changes to existing accounts. Also, maintenance of the master chart of accounts file which includes account definitions.
- Manage Account mapping from SAPT GT / GERP to BPC and to CFIN. Also, from CFIN to BPC
- Manage Profit Centre CIM: assist with new profit centre requests and changes to existing profit centres.
- Collaboration with the FP&A budget and management accounts team for annual bulk updates
- Provide guidance to subsidiaries responsible for mapping their own ERP systems to CFIN (for non-SAP GT / GERP systems)
- Provide Adhoc support on CFIN Application Interface Framework (AIF) errors for SAP GT and GERP accounts, profit centres (PC's) and cost centres (CC's). Also, SAP GT bulk account, PC and CC changes that impact the mapping to CFIN
- Provide regular support on Review and correction of existing data quality issues in CFIN mapping tables. Also, require extra capacity as and when CFIN develops further.
