Role Overview:
This is a regional India sub-continent position based in Hyderabad, India. Primarily responsible for supporting corporate US accounts payable team, maintaining AP mailbox, vendor relationship, resolving vendor queries and frequent overseas coordination.
What you will do:
- Accounting
- Responsible for Perform AP team support-maintaining AP mailbox
- Coordinate and distribution of vendor emails with Invoice, queries to AP team
- Resolve all vendor queries and requests coming via e-mails / Tickets within the agreed SLA on vendor inquiries on invoice and payment status- (date when paid or will be paid, payment method, invoices included in the payment, if we need invoice to supply one and where to send it)
- Ensure all assigned invoices are processed in timely manner without errors and adhere the compliance policy and audit guideline.
- Accompany month end close processing
- Business Partnership
- Liaison with all levels/departments, including US Corporate office
- Support AP team reporting and analysis process
- Working knowledge
- Hands on experience in Oracle, US AP Payable working knowledge, good in communication.
What you will bring:
- BCOM / MBA with 3 plus experience in US Accounts Payable
- Computer proficient Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Oracle, PowerPoint), including strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills at all levels (both written and spoken)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
