Responsibilities:

To efficiently manage the Cash and treasury function, a Cash and Treasury Supervisor performs a wide range of job duties and responsibilities. These may include but are not limited to:
Handling of cash and treasury accounting operations with a good understanding of:
Cash flow hedging analysis
Balance sheet hedging
Accounting for financing activities like debts, credit facilities
Accounting for IC loans, Investments, Hedges
Preparation/Review of management reports
Liaison with senior management across the organization
Support the month-end process where necessary
Ensure that accounting and daily operations comply with the Keysight's accounting and finance manual and SOX controls.
Preferable working knowledge of various concepts of ASC 815 and hedging related concepts

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members to achieve high performance
Understanding and experience of Treasury Accounting including foreign exchange, liquidity, cashflow and various Financial Instruments
Solid understanding of accounting principles
Ability to work autonomously and as part of the broader team
Appropriate handling of sensitive information
Strong varied experience with accounting software
Team player with the ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple parties
Ability to multi-task and manage work under pressure and deadlines.
Ability to lead team with good problem-solving skills
Intermediate computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packagesQualifications:
Chartered Accountant with 6-9 years of post-qualification experience.
Good understanding of the US GAAP/IFRS, Strong accounting background/knowledge and analytical skills.
Should be able to understand the company dynamics and do meaningful analysis and reporting of data.
