High level Job Duties are

Resource should have Finance / Accounting background

Should have 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance /Accounting. Experience in the areas of postings (AP, AR etc), calculations of Accruals, experience with budget calculations and planning. Person should have good understanding of POs, resource timesheets, PO budget vs actual spend tracking etc.

This is client facing role, so excellent communication skills and presentation skills required.

Experience using Ariba or SAP as user will be an advantage

Experience in using MS Office products mainly Word, Excel, Power Point

Should be highly organized

Should be able to follow up with vendors and employees

Managing stakeholders and provide the reports as and when required. Should be prompt to deliver the reports on time when needed

Support stakeholders for the Inspections(Audits).

Education background of Finance / Accounting is required.
