Finance Profile

1) Ability to build complex financial models from scratch for evaluating opportunities (investment / divestment) in Retail.

2) Work on REIT / equity fund raising transactions as and when undertaken by the Company.

3) Provide support to the business teams, as may be required, for any existing projects and evaluation for assets acquisition

4) Work on financial feasibility for new asset acquisitions.

5) Management of Private Equity relationships Reporting requirements, Compliances, Periodic Review Meetings, etc
