Finance planning and analysis (FP&A)

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team in India. The successful candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models and forecasts for the company's annual budget and long-term strategic plan
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management
• Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze data for financial modeling and forecasting
• Assist in the preparation of board presentations, investor relations materials, and other financial communications
• Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for changes
• Assist in ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• 4-6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
