Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance operation to join our team. The intern will assist in various finance-related tasks, including vendor payment processing, contract management, quotation drafting, client information security management, and supporting overall financial operations of the company. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in finance operations, as well as exposure to contract and client management in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities
1) Contract Management:

  • Assist in reviewing and managing contracts with clients and vendors.
  • Ensure all contract documentation is up to date, properly filed, and compliant with company policies.
  • Support the finance and legal teams in contract negotiations and amendments.

2)Information Security Management:

  • Manage and protect sensitive client and potential client information in compliance with information security (InfoSec) protocols.
  • Ensure that all financial data, contracts, and client details are handled with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist in maintaining the company's InfoSec policies and procedures for financial operations.

3) Finance Operations Support:

  • Assist with day-to-day finance operations, including invoice processing, expense tracking, vendor payments, and budget management.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports, analysis, and forecasts.

4) Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments such as sales, operations, and legal to ensure smooth execution of financial tasks.
  • Provide support to cross-functional teams on projects related to contracts, quotations, vendor management, and financial processes.

5) Vendor Payment Processing:

  • Assist with the review, verification, and processing of vendor invoices.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors in accordance with company policies and terms of service.
  • Reconcile vendor statements, resolve payment discrepancies, and manage relationships with vendors regarding payment inquiries.
  • Help maintain records of all vendor transactions and ensure accurate data entry in the financial system.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with financial software/tools.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prior internship or course work in finance, accounting, or a related field is a plus but not required.

Pay: 12,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month
