Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance/MIS Executive with 3 years of experience in finance, data analysis, and management information systems (MIS). The successful candidate will play a critical role in financial planning, reporting, data management, and process optimization. This position requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial and MIS tools to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and budgeting forecasts.

Perform variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance against targets.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Data Management & MIS:

Develop, maintain, and enhance MIS systems and dashboards for real-time reporting.

Extract, compile, and analyze data from various sources to support business needs.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of data within the MIS and financial databases.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Assist in the budgeting process by consolidating financial data and preparing reports.

Monitor and forecast cash flow to ensure adequate working capital management.

Provide accurate financial forecasts and work on ad hoc analysis as required.

Process Improvement & Automation:

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency.

Work with cross-functional teams to streamline finance and reporting processes.

Support the implementation of financial systems upgrades or enhancements.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.

Maintain accurate and organized documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.

Support internal and external audit activities by providing necessary data and reports.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or related field.

Experience: 3 years of relevant experience in finance or MIS roles.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis software Zoho Books, and advanced MS Excel skills. .

Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in preparing and analyzing data.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement.
