JOB DESCRIPTION Designation Finance Manager (Bangalore) Key Responsibilities Maintaining of day today accounting of Stores - ( AP , AR , GL) Bank reconciliation Handling of Statutory compliance - TDS, GST & KST etc. Preparation of monthly P & L Stock Audit Weekly Co-ordination & follow up with vendors for payment Co-ordination with HO for funding of operations account Cash and Fund Management - checking & verifying of daily Sales with Collections ( Tallying Cash & EDC payments) Ideal Experience 4 - 5 Years Excluding Articleship Preparation of Sales report - Daily / Weekly / Monthly Calculation of Discount & raising of Invoices to suppliers for the same on monthly Preparation of Debit Notes and follow up with Vendors for payment Preparation of any other report as and when required by the management Raising of Invoices and Debit Notes to KSBCL as and when required Accounting for Receipts from KSBCL Stock Reconciliation at KSBCL Preparation of Ageing Report (Stocks, Debtors & Creditors) Co-ordinate with Tax Department to Receive the C-Form Verifying and accounting for Statutory payment( GST, TDS, Customs Duty & Excise Duty) Reconciliation of Suppliers and Customers Balances Other Details Preferred Qualification CA Inter CTC Offered - INR 6 Lakhs per Annum About the Company: Brindco Sales Private Limited is engaged in business of contract manufacturing, import and distribution of alcoholic beverages in India.
