Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager-Finance and FP & A to join our team. The ideal

candidate will have a proven track record of assisting with the accounts and finance functions. You will

play a crucial role in ensuring the company's major business decisions and overall financial health.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for all the Accounts & finance functions of the company by overseeing all

accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP

standards and regulatory requirement of the company & its subsidiaries

Maintain internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, and program budgets

and actual expenditures.

Ensure that all statutory requirements of the company are met

To ensure smooth conduct of internal / statutory audits/Govt audit.

Managing treasury , cash flow for the company on a consolidated basis

Consistently analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely

manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; monitor

progress and changes and keep senior leadership abreast of company's financial status

Preparation of budgets, forecasts and business plans and continued monitoring & review of

performance against them to enable robust reporting of variances to the senior management.

Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

Assisting in Developing and implement policies and procedures as required to ensure that

personnel and financial information is secure

Ensure timely recovery of receivables as per the terms of contracts.

Effectively manage and develop the Finance dept and review performance of individuals in

the team

Liaise with different departments to ensure the Finance dept is properly supporting the needs

of the operating businesses.

Qualifications:

CA with about 5-6 years.

Software product/services industry experience along with SEZ experience is added

advantage

US GAAP/ IND AS/ IFRS experience is necessary

Exposure on multiple aspects of finance and accounting, with hands-in experience in

accounting

Familiar with regulatory aspects. Ability to handle and interface with legal teams.
