Internal Controls: Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
Audit Coordination: Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits with minimal discrepancies.

Qualifications :-
Education: Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA, CMA, or semi qualified preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in finance management, with significant exposure to SAP FI/CO modules.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI/CO, Microsoft Excel, Chat GPT, Power BI and other AI / financial analysis tools.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
