Job Description

  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process, including the preparation of forecasts, budget plans, and variance analysis.
  • SAP FI/CO Management: Utilize SAP FI/CO for financial reporting, controlling, and accounting functions, ensuring the system s effective utilization for financial processes.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and manage the company s cost structures and provide recommendations for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Internal Controls: Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Audit Coordination: Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits with minimal discrepancies.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes and business growth initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and external partners.
Qualifications :-
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA, CMA, or semi qualified preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in finance management, with significant exposure to SAP FI/CO modules.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI/CO, Microsoft Excel, Chat GPT, Power BI and other AI / financial analysis tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
