We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance & Accounts professional to join one of our reputed clients in Bangalore.
About our client
Our client is a global consumer-driven manufacturing and sourcing platform serving the worlds leading brands and retailers. Over the last few years, our client has widened its presence across the globe. They have its global footprints in 22 countries with 50+ offices.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with Indian GAAP and US GAAP.
- Assist in the preparation of the company's monthly and annual financial statements
- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and assess any changes necessary.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce accurate and timely MIS & financial reports or statements.
- Prepare detailed annual financial budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans.
- Conduct variance analysis against budgets/forecasts and report significant issues to management.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Responsible for executing key accounting procedures, to ensure accurate financial records and compliance.
- Any additional tasks as may be required from time to time by management.
Key skills required
- A qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 5+ years of strong experience in Finance & Accounting background
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, with significant experience in both Indian and US markets.
- Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP and US GAAP, as well as relevant tax laws and regulations
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; both verbal and written
- High execution focus and result oriented to meet deadlines on assignments.
