Job Description


To manage and develop the services of the Finance department, in order that all the financial management processes of the company are delivered in accordance with highest governance and professional standards.
Key accountabilities

Production of Management Accounts P&L monthly actual and forecast figures, reporting against budgets and forecasts.
Producing and help posting journals, salaries, depreciation, accruals and prepayments.
Involvement in yearly budget process.
Ad hoc project/financial analysis.
Ensure all controls and procedures are adhered, to improve where necessary.
Supervision, training and development of finance team
Maintenance and update of the fixed asset register for entire group, including the calculations of monthly depreciation and maintenance of the associated purchase order system.
Accountable for preparation of monthly salary submissions and payment , Verification of various payroll reports

Compliance & taxes reconciliations, returns and refund
Working capital management incl monthly cash forecasting.
Preparation of month end / year end accounts and responsible for liaising with Auditors for year-end audit.
Preparation and distribution of year end statutory returns
Ensure compliance with all state, domestic and foreign tax laws.
Create and maintain an accounting system which provide accurate timely and consistent input for management reporting.
Liaising with consultants for routine accounts, finance, and taxation matters
Skills and Experience | Essential

Should be able to share ideas within the team and enthusiastic person
Analytical skills and team player
Education qualification - CA
Good experience of handling financial controls and systems
Experience with working on Indian accounting packages like Tally
Working knowledge on Balance sheet, Finalization and understanding taxation norms and implication standards
Skills and Experience | Desirable

Experience with working on UK accounting package - SAGE
